Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Microbiologist to perform microbiological testing of water samples for parameters such as E. coli, coliforms, Legionella, and other bacteria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology, demonstrated laboratory experience, and a commitment to quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and specialized microbiological analyses of water samples.
- Prepare and maintain cultures, reagents, and media in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform QA/QC checks and document results accurately.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Interpret data and generate comprehensive reports for clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of laboratory experience (internships may be considered).
- Familiarity with standard microbiological techniques and methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Job Overview
The Lab Analyst will be responsible for conducting water quality tests using ICP-MS, Ion Chromatography, Spectrophotometry, and other analytical techniques. This role requires a scientifically minded individual with a strong attention to detail, who can efficiently handle a high volume of samples while maintaining strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze water samples for a variety of contaminants using ICP-MS, Ion Chromatography, and Spectrophotometry.
- Follow standardized test methods, SOPs, and QA/QC protocols.
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
- Accurately record test results and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to continuously improve processes.
- Assist in the validation and development of new analytical methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Experience with ICP-MS, Ion Chromatography, or Spectrophotometry preferred.

Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Technician/Inspector to perform on-site mold sampling, as well as air and water sampling in various environments. This hands-on role involves traveling to client sites, safely collecting samples, documenting field conditions, and transporting samples back to the lab for analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mold sampling and on-site inspections of indoor environments.
- Collect air and water samples following standard sampling protocols.
- Properly label, document, and transport samples to the laboratory.
- Perform basic field measurements (e.g., temperature, humidity) and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Maintain sampling equipment and ensure cleanliness and calibration.
- Communicate findings to Project Managers and assist in generating field reports.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Environmental Science or related field preferred.
- Experience in environmental sampling or related fieldwork is a plus.
- Certification as a NJ Mold Inspector is required.
- NJ Home Inspector Certificate is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

The Project Manager Assistant will support the Project Manager and leadership team with vendor management, project coordination, bid and quote preparation, and various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities within a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing vendors, obtain quotes, and coordinate project logistics.
- Help prepare bids, proposals, and maintain project documentation.
- Support recruitment efforts and coordinate with the HR team for staffing needs.
- Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including recordkeeping and supply inventory.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative or project coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
